Roi Cibrán La MadrileñaRoi Cibrán Perez Sarmiento completed his violin studies with Francisco Comesaña and with Joaquín Torre, at the Conservatory Padre Antonio Soler of San Lorenzo de El Escorial where he obtained his degree qualification with honors. Later he specialized in baroque violin under the supervision of Hiro Kurosaki. He has made numerous courses with teachers such as Z. Chikhmourzaeva, G. Pogosova, V. Martin, G. Comellas, A. Futer, E. Bushkov or N. Shkolnikova. Between 1993-1996 he was a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Spain. Very interested in the practice of chamber music he studied with V. Manoogian, D. Quigle, G. Jackson, P. Klotarskaia, M. Cervera or LU Mortensen.

He has collaborated with orchestras such as the RTVE Orchestra, the Orchestra Reina Sofia, Orquesta Andrés Segovia or the Orchestra Vigo 430. Also, he has been member of the Orquesta de la Comunidad de Madrid and several chamber groups, such as trio Hermeneia and the string trio Aubade. He teaches violin at the Conservatory of Music Amaniel in Madrid.
